Looking for someone to help start my own business. Once off the ground, it will be centered around making videos on how to start a career in ____. Probably start with careers in the medical field. But first things first. Need someone to file the papers for fictitious name permit, business license, incorporation, etc. Looking for candidates with a degree in business, preferably with experience with starting a business. Must be thoroughly familiar with S-corp, C-corp, tax implications. You will be working mostly on your own as an independent contractor to get the paperwork filed, checking in with me as needed as we go along. Once the company is formed, additional tasks will be addressed as they arise, depending on necessity and more importantly, on availability of funding, as I will be "funding" this enterprise from my own pocket. More likely, I will take a pause to save for and plan the next phase, so your job will likely be limited to the paperwork filings and helping to create the foundation for the business.
